I just had an amazing experience at a local mechanic! I went in for a routine check-up and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. I loved that they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which is often the case at other places. The turnaround time was impressive; they got everything done much quicker than I expected. The only downside was that the parking situation can be a bit tricky during peak hours, so I recommend going either early in the morning or later in the afternoon. But honestly, the service quality more than made up for it. I left feeling confident in the work they did, and I will definitely be coming back for my next service!

They even went above and beyond by providing a complimentary car wash, which was a lovely surprise. My only minor feedback would be that it would be nice to have a waiting area with a bit more seating, as it was quite busy when I visited. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommended for anyone in need of reliable car care!
